1.

With all other cement based flowing screed systems, a curing agent is required to stop the material drying out too quickly, which can result in plastic shrinkage cracking. IntegraCure® completely removes this process from the installation of the screed.

2.

Dries in ⅓ of the time of a traditional sand/cement screed or standard anhydrite flowing screeds.

3.

Suitable to receive non-moisture sensitive floor finishes between 7-14 days.

4.

Laitance free – meaning there’s no site revisits for sanding.

5.

Maximum bay sizes can now be between 200- 250m2 dependent on length to width ratio and room shape. Aspect ratio can now exceed 4:1.

6.

Compatible with all types of primers, grouts and adhesives and can even be laid in wet rooms.

7.

25N/mm2 compressive strength and 6N/mm2 flexural strength. Higher strength versions are available upon request.

1.

Reduced drying times compared to other screeds. Moisture sensitive floor coverings can be applied when the screed has dried to a moisture content of <2.5%CM.

2.

More thermal insulation can be used within the same floor (thickness), compared to traditional sand cement screed which leads to a better energy rating for your building.

3.

Minimal drying shrinkage (<0.05%).

4.

Can be forced dried after 7 days.

5.

Lower running costs for underfloor heating systems when using Cemfloor. This is due to the exceptional thermal conductivity and the ability to lay thinner screeds over the underfloor heating pipes.

6.

Easy installation; up to 1000m2 per day (reduces time & costs).

7.

Self-compacting – no voids around under floor heating pipes.
